03 - 5 grams onion powder
04 - 5 grams smoked paprika
05 - 15 millilitres olive oil
06 - 450 grams chicken breast (boneless and skinless), chop into 2.5 cm chunks

08 - 15 millilitres sriracha (make it spicier if you want)
09 - 60 millilitres sweet chili sauce
10 - 120 millilitres mayonnaise

→ Other

11 - 8 wooden skewers (soak in water for about 30 minutes if they're wood)

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Put the chicken skewers on a plate. Drizzle with bang bang sauce, or just set it on the side so people can dip if they want.
02 - Take your cooked chicken skewers off the grill. Give them a few minutes to sit before digging in.
03 - While the chicken cooks, stir together the mayo, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce in a little bowl until you don't see any lumps.
04 - Put your skewers on the hot grill and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Flip them every now and then, and keep going until the chicken is cooked and has nice grill lines.
05 - Take the soaked sticks and poke them through the marinated chicken. Leave some space between each piece so they cook up evenly.
06 - Dump the chicken chunks, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper into a big bowl. Stir everything so all the meat is covered fully.
07 - Crank up your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat before you start anything else.

# Extra Tips and Tricks:

01 - Want it lighter? Swap mayo for some Greek yogurt in the sauce.
02 - Pop on some veggies like bell peppers or zucchini along with the meat for more flavor and healthy stuff.
03 - If you like things hot, toss in extra sriracha.
