Place shrimp in a large bowl, add the prepared blackened seasoning, and toss to coat evenly.

Heat a large skillet over high heat, melt 4 tablespoons butter, and add half the shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes per side until shrimp are crisp and opaque.

Remove cooked shrimp and repeat with remaining shrimp, cooking 2 minutes per side.

Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter to the skillet, return all shrimp to the pan, and toss to coat in melted butter. Serve immediately.
