Put your rolled-up wraps on plates. Pour some hot cheese sauce on top. Dig in right away while they're melted and awesome.

On every tortilla, toss on a handful of cheddar first. Scoop the beef mix in the middle. Fold the sides inside then roll it all up nice and tight like a burrito.

Heat up the tortillas real quick in your microwave or on a pan so they're easy to fold.

Squirt ketchup, mayo, and mustard right into the skillet. Stir everything up with the meat. Let it cook for a minute or two so the flavors come together.

Dust on the onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix it up so those spices are all over every bite.

Add the chopped onion and pressed garlic. Let it sizzle for about two minutes till the onion bits are kinda see-through.

Warm up your skillet to medium. Drop in the ground beef. Break it up while it cooks so you get tiny pieces all browned up.
