Crunchy golden garlic bread holds melty cheese and tasty shrimp, grilled up for loads of savory, buttery flavor.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Garlic Bread

01 - 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped up
02 - 60 millilitres Parmesan, finely grated
03 - 4 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced up
05 - 1 long French loaf, sliced open down the middle

→ Shrimp Filling

06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - Black pepper, as much as you want
08 - Salt, however you like
09 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
10 - 450 grams shrimp, peeled and cleaned

→ Sandwich

11 - A bit more unsalted butter for grilling
12 - 100 grams Monterey Jack, grated

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Drop a little butter in your skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich gently in there. Let it sizzle for about 3 to 4 minutes each side, 'til that cheese is melted and the bread is crispy and golden. Grab a knife, cut it up, and eat it while it's hot.
02 - Layer all that shrimp you cooked on half your garlic bread. Sprinkle on Monterey Jack cheese evenly, then close it up with the other half of the bread. Push it down softly to make everything stick together.
03 - Splash some olive oil into your hot skillet on medium. Toss the cleaned shrimp in salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook them for 2 or 3 minutes on each side, flipping once they turn nice and pink. Take them out and set aside for later.
04 - Crank the oven up to 190°C. Toss the soft butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley in a bowl and mix. Smear this buttery mix right onto both cut sides of your French loaf. Set the bread halves on a baking sheet. Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes, 'til the edges are crisp and toasty.

# Extra Tips and Tricks:

01 - Pick bread that's sturdy and tastes good for the best bite.
02 - Pat shrimp totally dry before cooking so they don't get soggy.
