06 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 60 g breadcrumbs
08 - 60 ml milk
09 - 450 g ground beef

10 - fresh parsley, chopped as much as you like
11 - 60 ml ketchup
12 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Lay some parchment paper on a baking sheet and flick your oven on to 190°C so it can heat up.
02 - Toss the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a big bowl. Blend everything gently until it's mixed up, but don't go overboard or it'll get tough.
03 - Grab some meat, flatten it right in your hand, then plop a heaping tablespoon of mozzarella in the center. Pinch the meat around the cheese to close it into a ball. Keep going with the rest of the mix.
04 - Set your stuffed bites spaced on the tray. Swipe a little ketchup over the top of each one. It helps them stay juicy and gives extra flavor.
05 - Pop the tray in the oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. They're done once they're nice and cooked through and hit 70°C inside.
06 - Give the meatloaf bites a few minutes to chill. After that, move them to a plate and sprinkle over as much parsley as you want. Time to dig in!
