# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Cut your burritos in two. Offer them up right now on a plate, with some salsa and sour cream on the side for dunking.
02 - Heat a big skillet or griddle over medium. Put burritos down so the seam faces the pan. Let them toast 1 or 2 minutes per side till they're crisped up and golden.
03 - Bring the tortilla ends in, then roll up from the bottom real tight so the filling is all wrapped in.
