Chicken Bacon Ranch Tot (Printer-Friendly Layout)

A warm mix of creamy chicken, crunchy bacon, ranch flavors, cheddar, cauliflower, and crispy tots—total comfort in every bite.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 570 g frozen tater tots
02 - 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
04 - 2 tablespoons ranch dip mix
05 - 2 cups frozen cauliflower, cooked and finely chopped (about 340 g)
06 - 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
07 - 1/2 cup bacon or turkey bacon, crumbled, plus more for sprinkling on top
08 - 56 g cream cheese, let it soften

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 220°C (425°F) and let it heat up.
02 - Grab a big bowl and gently stir together your Greek yogurt, creamy cheese, and ranch dip mix. Keep going until it turns smooth and creamy.
03 - Chuck in the chopped cauliflower, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and one cup cheddar. Mix well so the good bits spread all over.
04 - Dump the chicken mix into a square dish (20 cm or 23 cm). Spread it out. Top it with frozen tater tots all in one nice layer, covering the surface.
05 - Bake for 25 minutes or so. You want the tater tots crisp and golden. If they're still cold or soft, give them a bit more time.
06 - Pull your dish out. Scatter the last 1/2 cup of cheddar and extra bacon across the top. Pop it back inside for a few minutes until everything's nice and melty.
07 - Throw on some sliced green onions and ranch drizzle, if you like. Dish it up hot.

# Extra Tips and Tricks:

01 - If you want to make it lighter, swap in low-fat cheese or turkey bacon. Freshen things up with parsley or chives sprinkled on just before serving.
