Chunks of juicy chicken tossed with crunchy lettuce, pasta noodles, cheesy Parmesan, punched up Caesar dressing, and topped with crispy garlic crumbs.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Pasta Salad

01 - Parmesan for sprinkling on top
02 - 360 ml Caesar dressing
03 - 3 Romaine hearts (340 g), chopped up
04 - 450 g farfalle, uncooked
05 - 450 g boneless chicken breasts, no skin
06 - a drizzle of olive oil, about 15 ml
07 - cracked black pepper, as much as you like
08 - some fine sea salt, to taste

→ Garlic Breadcrumbs

09 - pinch of black pepper, if you want
10 - fine sea salt, to taste
11 - 30 g Panko breadcrumbs
12 - 2 garlic cloves, pressed or chopped small
13 - 15 g of butter

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Dig in right away. Sprinkle loads of Parmesan and garlic crumbs on top. Extra black pepper is awesome too. Or pop it in the fridge (covered) and chill for up to 4 hours if you want it cold.
02 - Grab a big bowl. Toss your chilled pasta with the lettuce, Caesar dressing, and chicken pieces till everything's coated.
03 - Drop your farfalle into the salted boiling water. Cook to just a bit firm. Drain it well and rinse with cold water so it doesn't get mushy.
04 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken. Heat olive oil in the wiped pan over medium-high till shiny. Lay in the chicken and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes so it cooks through. Move chicken to a board to rest 5 to 10 minutes, then slice up into little pieces.
05 - Warm butter in a big pan over medium. Toss in garlic and stir for a minute. Pour in Panko, salt, and pepper. Keep stirring for 2 or 3 minutes until it's golden and smells awesome. Scoop the crumbs into a bowl. Wipe out the pan when you're done.
06 - Fill a big pot with salted water and get it boiling good and hard over high heat.

# Extra Tips and Tricks:

01 - Letting chicken rest before you cut it keeps it juicy and soft.
02 - Salad is tastiest when just mixed up or chilled for only a few hours.
03 - If you’re whipping up dressing at home, make about one and a half times the usual to have enough for this.
