Line up three shallow dishes—one for flour, one for eggs (give them a quick whisk), and one for panko crumbs. First, toss the chicken in the flour, dip in egg next, then roll them through the panko so every bit's covered.

Warm up your air fryer to 200°C. Give the basket a spray with oil, then lay out your coated nuggets in a flat layer—not stacked. Cook for around 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them halfway so they get crunchy on all sides. They're done once they're golden and cooked through.
