Once it's out of the oven, let it hang out for five minutes before you slice in. Serve it warm and dig in.

Let it cook for about 45 to 50 minutes. You want it to hit 75°C inside before you call it done.

Pack the mix into your greased loaf pan. Push it into shape then spread ketchup right over the top.

Toss the chicken, garlic, cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Go gentle, you just want it mixed, not mashed.

Switch the oven on to 190°C. Rub a little oil or nonstick spray in your loaf pan or baking dish.
