Scoop rice or quinoa into bowls first. Next toss on the grilled asparagus and shrimp, then pour the creamy sauce over everything.

Whisk up the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, lemon juice, and dill in a small bowl until you get a nice, smooth sauce.

Put the asparagus on the grill and cook until you see grill marks and they're just soft—about 5 to 7 minutes. Flip as you need to.

Cook the shrimp by placing them on the hot grill. Give 'em 2–3 minutes per side so they turn opaque with a little char.

Grab a mixing bowl. Throw in the shrimp and asparagus. Add the oil, some salt, and grind in some black pepper. Mix it all so everything's coated.
