01 -
Let your chicken tenders chill out on a plate for a few minutes before you enjoy them. Toss ‘em next to some green salad or dip ‘em in your favorite sauce.
02 -
Pop the chicken into your air fryer at 200°C for roughly 10 to 12 minutes. Flip them over halfway through so both sides get crunchy and the meat’s cooked through.
03 -
Put the breaded tenders in your air fryer basket, leaving space between each one. You want them lying flat and not piled on top of each other.
04 -
Spritz the air fryer basket with some cooking spray so nothing gets stuck.
05 -
Take every chicken strip, dunk it in the honey-butter-garlic bowl so it’s good and covered, then roll it in breadcrumbs. Press down a bit—you want the coating to really stick.
06 -
Spread breadcrumbs in a wide, shallow plate or bowl and make sure they’re even on the surface.
07 -
Mix honey, melted butter, garlic bits, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir until everything looks smooth and blended.
08 -
Switch your air fryer on to 200°C and give it a five-minute warm-up.
