Tender chicken loaded with melty feta and zingy honey sauce for that perfect mix of sweet and savory.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
02 - Salt and pepper, add as much as you'd like
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 4 chicken breasts, no bones or skin

→ Hot Honey Glaze

07 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
08 - 1 tablespoon your go-to hot sauce
09 - 80 ml honey

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Grab the chicken from the oven. Pour that warm, spicy honey all over. Plate it up and eat while it's hot.
02 - As the chicken cooks, dump honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes into a little pot over low heat. Keep steering gently until everything's melted together.
03 - Slide the baking dish into your hot oven. Give it around 15-20 minutes. Check that the inside of the chicken is at 74°C, then pull it out.
04 - Set the chicken in the baking dish. Sprinkle with plenty of crumbled feta so each piece is covered nicely.
05 - Splash olive oil in the skillet, heat it up, and toss in the chicken. Sear about 2 or 3 minutes per side to get them browned up.
06 - Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub this mixture all over your chicken pieces so they’re well coated.
07 - Turn your oven on to 190°C and let it warm up.

# Extra Tips and Tricks:

01 - Don’t eat meat or dairy? Try swapping chicken with tofu or roast some cauliflower instead. Use a plant-based cheese if you need to skip dairy.
