Grab the chicken from the oven. Pour that warm, spicy honey all over. Plate it up and eat while it's hot.

As the chicken cooks, dump honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes into a little pot over low heat. Keep steering gently until everything's melted together.

Slide the baking dish into your hot oven. Give it around 15-20 minutes. Check that the inside of the chicken is at 74°C, then pull it out.

Set the chicken in the baking dish. Sprinkle with plenty of crumbled feta so each piece is covered nicely.

Splash olive oil in the skillet, heat it up, and toss in the chicken. Sear about 2 or 3 minutes per side to get them browned up.

Mix paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub this mixture all over your chicken pieces so they’re well coated.

Turn your oven on to 190°C and let it warm up.
