Stir mayo and chipotle chili together in a small bowl. Mix till it’s smooth and packs a kick.

Pop your bacon strips in a pan and cook till they're crunchy. Brown sausage patties in the same or different skillet. When they're ready, set both on a paper towel-lined plate so extra grease is out.

Crack the eggs into a hot non-stick pan. Cook them however you like—leave the yolks runny or flip them till they’re firm.

Split English muffins, then toast them so they’ve got that golden crisp on the edges.

Spread the avocado mix over the bottom muffin half. Stack on a slice of cheddar, top with a sausage patty, then pop on a fried egg and crisp bacon. Slather chipotle mayo on top of the egg, then close it up with the muffin lid.
