01 - Flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped, for topping
02 - One juicy lemon, squeezed for its juice

05 - 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
06 - 4 garlic cloves, minced up nice and fine
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 450 g big shrimp, peeled and cleaned

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Take the skillet off the heat. Pour over the lemon juice and give those shrimp a good toss. Sprinkle chopped parsley all over. Dig in right away.
02 - Splash a spoonful of olive oil into a hot skillet over medium-high. Lay the shrimp out flat. Let them cook for 2 or 3 minutes until they turn pink and look cooked. Flip them and heat for another minute or two till they're just right.
03 - Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, a pinch of salt, and pepper in a bowl. Give everything a good mix so shrimp get coated everywhere. Leave them sitting in the bowl for about 15 minutes.
