01 - A handful of sesame seeds, for topping
02 - Salt and black pepper, just enough for your taste
03 - About a tablespoon of cornstarch
04 - A good splash (3 tablespoons) soy sauce
05 - A tablespoon of oyster sauce
06 - Some fresh ginger, minced (about a tablespoon)
07 - Three cloves of garlic, minced
08 - Three green onions, sliced up
09 - One carrot, cut into thin sticks
10 - Roughly 100 grams of little broccoli chunks
11 - One bell pepper, sliced any way you like
12 - Two tablespoons of any veggie oil
13 - A pack (225 grams) of shrimp, peeled and cleaned
14 - 225 grams of steak (sirloin or flank), thinly cut
15 - 225 grams of rice noodles or egg noodles

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Add your drained noodles and the cooked veggies right into the wok. Toss everything together until it's hot and mixed. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and a pinch of sesame seeds before bringing it to the table.
02 - Pour in the last spoonful of oil, toss in your shrimp and steak, and cook until the shrimp turn pink and the steak is how you like it, about 4 or 5 minutes.
03 - Grab a wok or big skillet. Heat up half your oil over fairly high heat. Throw in the carrot, broccoli, and bell pepper, and fry them for a few minutes till they're just turning tender but still bright and snappy. Scoop them out and set aside for now.
04 - Mix up the steak and shrimp with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, plus a pinch of salt and black pepper. Make sure they're coated well, then let them chill like that for about 15 minutes.
05 - Boil some water and cook your noodles by following whatever the package says. Once they're soft, drain them and put aside.

# Extra Tips and Tricks:

01 - Throw in other veggies you love, like mushrooms or snap peas, to mix things up.
02 - Feel free to add more soy sauce or pepper if it needs a little extra flavor.
