01 -
Get your air fryer heating up to 190°C while you handle your other prep steps.
02 -
Whisk soy sauce, olive oil, chili sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, plus honey if you're using it, all together in a bowl. Sauce ready, set aside.
03 -
Dry chicken with paper towels, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dunk the chicken in your sauce so it's all covered up.
04 -
Lay coated chicken straight in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12–15 minutes. At halfway, flip them over to brown both sides. Make sure the thickest bit hits 74°C inside.
05 -
While your chicken cooks, toss the sprouts with oil, salt, and pepper in a different bowl so they're all shiny.
06 -
When chicken's almost done or already out, pour Brussels sprouts into the basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, stir or shake halfway through for extra crunch.
07 -
Let chicken chill out for a few minutes after cooking. Slice it thin. Plate it up next to the Brussels sprouts. Spoon any leftover sauce from the basket across the top for extra punch.
