Crank your oven up to 200°C. Toss some parchment on a baking tray or give it a light grease.

Throw chicken breasts into a bowl or zip bag. Pour in olive oil, then shake in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix so everything's covered.

Lay out your chicken on the tray and bake for 20–25 minutes so it cooks through. Pull it out, let it sit a sec, then slice into strips.

Stir garlic into the mayo in a little bowl—there’s your spread.

Smear garlic mayo over the tortillas. Toss on Parmesan and mozzarella all over the top.

Drop chicken onto each tortilla. Add tomatoes, spinach, and basil on top of the chicken.

Tightly roll each tortilla and rest it seam-down on a fresh baking sheet.

Slide the wraps back into the oven for 10–15 minutes till they’re crispy and cheese is gooey.

Take out the wraps, cool them just a bit, then chop each in half and dig in while they're warm.
