03 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
04 - 6 garlic cloves, chopped up
05 - 4 tablespoons butter, split up
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - Cracked black pepper, as much as you want
08 - Salt to taste
09 - 680g sirloin steak, chopped into chunks about 2.5cm wide

→ Parmesan Cream Sauce

10 - A pinch of salt, toss in as much as you like
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend
12 - 50g parmesan cheese, grated
13 - 240ml heavy cream
14 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped
15 - 1 tablespoon butter
16 - Black pepper, just grind some on

# Step-by-Step Instructions:

01 - Spoon that yummy parmesan cream over the steak bites in your skillet or keep it on the side for dipping. Toss a bit more parsley on top if you're feeling it, then dig in right away.
02 - Shake in salt and pepper to taste. Let it bubble another 2–3 minutes while you stir every now and then until it thickens up a bit.
03 - Now splash in the cream, wait for a light bubble, then toss in the parmesan and Italian herbs. Keep stirring so the cheese melts and the sauce gets nice and glossy.
04 - Take a new saucepan, warm up the butter on medium. Drop in your chopped garlic and let it sizzle for a minute, just until it smells awesome.
05 - Toss the steak bites back into that tasty skillet and stir so everything gets coated with the garlic herb butter. Give it another minute or so, then turn off the heat and let it rest.
06 - Keep using the big skillet. Melt the last bit of butter, then toss in the garlic, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Stir for about a minute so it smells great.
07 - Pour olive oil and half the butter into your big skillet and heat it up hot. Spread steak chunks in one layer. Let them brown on all sides for 3–4 minutes. Take them out when they're cooked how you like them.
08 - Pat steak pieces dry first, then throw on salt and pepper all over. Get every side seasoned.
