If you're ready to hand these out, fill your glasses with ice. Pop in a lemon slice and a couple mint leaves if you like, then pour the lemonade on top.

Stick your mango-lemon mix in the fridge for thirty minutes at least. This makes it cold and lets the flavors come together.

Go ahead and add the rest of the cold water now. Try a sip and see if you want it sweeter or more sour—add more sugar or lemon juice as you like.

Dump the lemon juice and the sugar into your mango liquid. Stir it up well so the sugar totally disappears.

Push the blended mango through a fine sieve into a big pitcher. Scoop and press it so you get all the good stuff out—toss out what’s left in the sieve.

Toss the diced mango in your blender with one cup (240 ml) of cold water. Whiz it until you don’t see any chunks left.
